Punch volley vs Slice volley.

You may have be taught to hit the volley with a punch action, I’ve certainly coached this technique in the past.

However as courts and balls have slowed down and rackets have improved the punch volley isn’t

Bacon, avo, apricot Salad

Fry the bacon, tomato’s and Kale
Cut up, soft dried apricots and avocado
Tear and add mozzarella cheese
Season with black pepper and olive oil

In doubles, which server do you place on the unfavourable conditions side, ie serving with unfavourable wind or with the sun in your eyes? The stronger or the weaker server?

I would always put the stronger server on the favourable side rat
